Les tableaux et objets sont emballés avec le plus grand soin (avec du matériel recyclé) et expédiés rapidement. La commande ne peut pas être annulée une fois que l’article a été expédié. Worldwide shipping is available, priced on demand. Packaging is made with a lot of care (with recycle materials) and we ship rapidly.

You can return items within 15 days for international shipping and ask for a full refund. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. The object must be in its original condition.

To cancel your order, you must advise us by writing to : joanna.h.galerie@gmail.com ASAP. Orders can not be cancelled once they have been sent out. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items returned in an unsaleable quality.
